Hi, for today's blog I will be talking about what I did this week. Well, this week my class and I read the book "Night", we finished all the sections, they are the chapters but we finished the whole book. In the book "Night" by Eli Weisel, we read that in the beginning, Elie was religious and then later on he and his family was taken to the camps. Elie started to lose his faith in God and at the end of the story elies dad dies and Elie Weisel lives. We took a night test and we also are working on our Student Learning Expecations. In our student learning expectation, we are correcting them and have to put them in a PowerPoint or keynote. Something else that we are doing is that we have to prepare for our class finals and also we have to study for our finals in lots of our classes. Something else that we have done is that we are working on our presentations. I don't know if this is for English Language Arts but we had a movie festival and we walk lots of films, our school has been doing this for a long time and we all made our three minute films. Our team for our film didn't win but our school won this middle school award that is the think pink video that these Sixth graders have done. There were lots of people and we have went today with a lot of our classmates. I think the film festival was fun and that next year for when I enter Granada hills charter high school, I will probably join a film class so that I can learn to make better films, even though we didn't win today, we learn from our mistakes and can probably win next time if we put our mind into it.
