for today's blog I will be talking about what I did this week. This week we read "Night" by Elie Weisel and finished section five, it's charter five but they put it as section five in the book. We took a quiz and I liked it. I liked it because it was easy and I know what the answers were because the book easily tells you. Another thing we did this week was start our power pints our anything we are doing our student learning expectations on. We just make it and we are going to present it in a while in front of lots of people. For me I like it and don't because I get nervous presenting in front of people but I like it because it's for a grade which is good because that grade is probably is heavily weighted. There was a memorial place built for them and they visited them, (the people from places did) and they congratulated and thanked the retired Veterans for all the work that they have done for the United States of America. They were given cards and they read them. Lots of people thank them and I thank them to because without them, the United States may not have won. In fact, I thank everyone who served during World War Two. World War Two was fought in the 1940's. The United States fought against Germany, Hitler who wanted to kill the Jews, and did the holocaust. It made lots of people suffer. The book we are reading is about World War Two and how a survivor named Elie explains what happened during his life at the holocaust. It was very hard
